Getting Started

1. Install the app from the BigCommerce App Marketplace.
2. Open any product in your BigCommerce admin — you'll see the Doogma Studio AI panel on the product page.
3. Choose a feature: Edit Image, Lifestyle Image, Add Variation, Batch Variations, or Enhance Listing Data.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts, review the AI-generated results, and save the ones you like directly to your catalog.

• Buyer Personas — Create audience profiles so AI-generated copy speaks directly to your ideal customers.
• Keyword Research — Discover primary and long-tail keywords to boost your product search visibility.
• Image Alt Text — Auto-generate accessible, SEO-friendly alt text for every product image.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I find the app?

After installation, navigate to any product in Products > View in your BigCommerce admin. The Doogma Studio AI panel appears automatically on the product page.

Will it change my products without my approval?

No. Every AI-generated result is shown to you first. Nothing is saved to your catalog until you explicitly click Save.

Can I undo changes?

Yes. The Enhance Listing Data feature includes a one-click Rollback button that restores your original product fields. For images, you can delete any new image from your product gallery at any time.

Is there a usage limit?

Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation. One credit is used per AI generation. You can check your remaining credits in the app header. If you need more, upgrade your plan or purchase a prepaid credit bank.

What AI model does the app use?

Doogma Studio AI uses Google Gemini for both image generation and text enhancement. The app automatically selects the best available model for each task.

Troubleshooting

• App panel not appearing? Make sure the app is installed and try refreshing the product page. If it still doesn't appear, uninstall and reinstall the app.
• "Generation limit reached" message? This is a short-term rate limit to prevent overuse. Wait the number of seconds shown in the message and try again.
• Image looks unrealistic? Try refining your prompt with more specific instructions. Use the Refine button to iterate on a generated result without starting over.
• Changes didn't save? Check that you clicked the Save button and waited for the confirmation toast. If the save failed, an error message will explain why.

Privacy & Data

• Doogma Studio AI only accesses product data for the products you actively work with in the app.
• Your BigCommerce access credentials are never exposed to the browser — all catalog operations are handled securely on our servers.
• Generated images are stored temporarily for your session and are not shared with other users or third parties.
• You can uninstall the app at any time. Product data saved to your BigCommerce catalog (images, text fields) remains yours and is not affected by uninstallation.
